Program Operator

Our SMS program is operated under the name The Benefits Advisors, an affiliate of Gulf Pacific Financial Services. References to either name in these terms refer to the same messaging program.

Program Description

The Benefits Advisors operates an SMS communications program to respond to client and prospect inquiries, send customer care and account notifications, deliver marketing messages to those who separately opt in, and share relevant financial updates with individuals who have opted in to receive text messages.

How to Opt In

You may enroll by checking a text message consent box on our contact form and submitting your mobile number. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from The Benefits Advisors at the number you provide, and you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to opt in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of any service. Customer care and marketing messages are separate opt-ins, and you may accept either, both, or neither.

Message Types

Messages may include: responses to your inquiry or service request, customer care messages, account notifications, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up communications from your advisor, and, where separately consented to, marketing and promotional messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on campaigns and on the type of notifications and inquiries involved, with an average of 2-4 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your plan. The Benefits Advisors does not charge separately for text messages.

How to Opt Out

Text STOP to opt out of future messages at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will receive no further texts. We may still contact you by phone or email regarding an existing service relationship unless you also opt out of those channels.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on all major U.S. mobile carriers. Carrier support may vary. The Benefits Advisors is not responsible for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by your carrier.

Privacy of Your Opt-In Data

The Benefits Advisors will not sell or share your mobile opted-in consent data with any third parties.

SMS Provider

Message delivery is carried out by RingCentral acting solely as our service provider. RingCentral processes your mobile number only as needed to transmit messages on our behalf and is not permitted to use, sell, or share your mobile opt-in consent data for its own purposes or for any third party's marketing.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the The Benefits Advisors SMS program to send unsolicited communications, engage in harassment, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any individual from our SMS list at our sole discretion.
